- If allowed, spectators are limited to two individuals (in the same household as the athlete) per student athlete, unless otherwise noted.
- If a student shares time between two households, please contact the SAHS Activities Office.
- Pass and admittance to athletic contests is intended for Parents/Guardians.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- No Student Fans.
- All spectators are expected to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- Masks are required at all indoor and outdoor venues.
- Do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the start of the contest and depart within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the contest.
- No food or beverages allowed.
- Individuals in attendance will be required to provide their name upon entry to the venue. This master list will be used for contact tracing if necessary.
- No passes, discounted entry fees or staff passes will be accepted.
- A conference season pass must be purchased to attend JV/V Basketball and Hockey.)
- Some contests will be available for livestreaming via Valley Access Channel (free) and School Space Media (for a fee)
- Livestreaming links will be posted on schedules at www.suburbaneast.org in the comments section for each competition.
- Spectator Guidelines are subject to change.
SPORT SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
Alpine Ski
- Spectator Policy is determined by the host ski area.
- Afton Alps – NO SPECTATORS
- Wild Mountain – TBD
Basketball | B-Squad & 9th Grade
- Enter SAHS via Door 11W.
- Spectators allowed at home contests only. Only parents/guardians of rostered participants will be admitted.
Dance
- One spectator per student athlete will be admitted to the contests.
- One Pass will be issued to each athlete for use by a parent/guardian at home and away contests.
- Spectators may be in the gym while Stillwater is competing.
- When at SAHS, enter through Door 4W.
Gymnastics
- No Spectators, with the exception of contests held at Forest Lake and White Bear Lake.
- Only parents/guardians of rostered participants will be able to purchase a $5 ticket at the door.
Nordic Ski
- Spectators may space out along the perimeter of the course. Masks required
Swimming & Diving
Wrestling
- Only parent/guardians of rostered participants will be allowed to purchase a ticket for $5.
- At SAHS enter via Door 4W.
Conference Passes Required for JV & Varsity Basketball and Hockey
A $90 pre-purchased conference season pass is required for each parent/guardian to attend Junior Varsity & Varsity games.
Basketball
- Please email Jacki Delahunt at delahuntj@stillwaterschools.org no later than 12PM on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. In the subject line, please type JV/V Basketball Pass (Girls or Boys). In the body of the email, please include the student athlete name and the names of the people who will be using the pass.
- Passes may be picked up and paid for (cash or check to SAHS only) in the SAHS Activities Office on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Please consider having your student athlete pay for and pick up your pass on his or her way to practice.
- For games at SAHS enter via Door 4W.
Hockey
