FEE PAY TROUBLESHOOTING...Having problems registering?  Please see below.

FeePay Troubleshooting:

  • As of December 30, 2019, all users must change passwords. Click on this link for step by step instructions on how to change your password:
  • If you are experiencing issues where you do not get an email to reset your password, try to Sign up instead.
  • If you get a message that your account already exists, please check your spam or junk.
  • If you are getting a server error when trying to pay: Click the browser back arrow, click Pay again, Repeat if necessary.
  • If your student relationships are missing, please follow the step-by-step instructions to reattach them by clicking on this link:
  • If you added your student but do not see them to add Meals or register for activities, please be sure your student does not have the word GUEST after their name. They must be edited so that they are showing up with their Student Identification number. This number can usually be found in the parent portal, report cards, or transportation cards.
  • As part of the update, all saved payment methods must be re-added and saved. You can do this from the cart checkout process. The cart can be found in the upper right hand corner on the black bar.


If your credit card transaction will not process:

  • Open FeePay and Login
  • Click Your Name (top right) and select Your Account
  • Click Edit (Pencil) next to your child(ren) and fill out the Relation pull down field (Child). - Save.
