Note:   
  1. All SAHS Athletes should be prepared to practice up to 6 days a week including non school days.  Non school days include spring break, winter break, summer break, teacher workshops, conference days, etc.  Practice schedules are determined by the head coach of each team.
  2. All students must register and pay for the sport to be able to participate in practice on day 1.
  3. In the case of a try out sport, students must register and pay for the sport before participating in tryouts on day 1.  If a student is released from the team after the tryout period, 100% of the cost will be electronically refunded back to the payor.
