Robotics | SAHS | Grades 9-12

Status for 2020-2021:  Active

The primary purpose of Robotics is to design, build, and program a robot to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition(FRC). FRC is a worldwide high-school level robotics competition that allows students to learn real-world skills while building a robot. During the build season (starting in January) we meet every day after school and often on Saturday and Sunday. This lasts for about 6-8 weeks until our first regional competition. Members are not obligated to attend every meeting but are encouraged to when possible. Everyone is welcome and there are no prerequisite skills!
